Industrial relations play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining industrial democracy. The establishment of good industrial relations depends on the constructive attitude on the part of both the management and the unions. The maintenance of good human a relationship is the main theme of industrial relations, because in its absence the whole edifice of organizational structure may crumble.

Abstract:
In this study, it is investigated that the relationship between product recall and corporate reputation. A Questionnaire has been used in the research. There are two main scales. Product recall (Magno, 2012) and corporate reputation (Fornbrun et. al 1999) are scales. Data collected from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences students.

Abstract:
Kediri is one of the most severely affected areas of the eruption of Kelud. On the other hand a banana agribusiness potential is very promising. In this district there are 13 varieties of banana :Ambon Kuning, Ambon TW, Kepok, Raja Bulu, Raja Nangka, Candi, Barlin, Berkel (Kitiran / Kawak), Agung, byar, Pisang Ijo, and Masan. Some types of banana which have prospects to be developed extensively as an industrial material like gethuk food, chips, fried foods, cake and pastries are Candi and Raja Nangka.

Abstract:
Communication Associates was formed in 1982 with an aim of manufacturing attenuators and cable equalizers used in cable and television industries. It is recognized and respected in the industry as an emblem of quality, reliability and service. Though the company has been facing some financial difficulties that originate from increased competition and technological changes, it has future plans to extend its manufacturing capabilities in Asia and in other parts of the world.

Abstract:
Since the mobile phone industry in Vietnam presents very high growth potential, especially for mobile Apps, it is crucial and necessary to understand the behavioral intention and actual usage of Vietnamese smartphone users when using mobile Apps. Although mobile apps are already an influential medium in the new media industry as a whole, these apps have received little academic attention within the communication and marketing literature, especially in Vietnam perspective.
