Abstract:
This study was carried out to comparatively assess the antibacterial activities of the leaves extract of Asclepias syriaca (Milk weed) with antibiotics commonly used in the study area (gentamycin, tetracycline and ampiclox) on Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus and Stretococcus faecium.

Abstract:
Tourism is considered as one of the main and thriving economic elements of world trade organization. According to the reports, more than 600 million tourists travelled throughout the world in 2008 which resulted in 400 Billion Dollar circulation. Unfortunately, Iran could not even attract 0.1% of tourists considering that Iran is among top 10 countries in terms of geographically appropriate location, various climate modes, natural sceneries, and mountains, ancient and well-known castles, historical monuments and buildings.

Abstract:
A survey of the prevalence of Intestinal Nematodes and the implications of socio-economic status was carried out among Muslim Primary School pupils aged 5 - 13 years in 2012. A focus group discussions method was used to extract information on the type of residences the pupils reside in and sanitary facilities they use and the Faecal matter samples were collected from 240 pupils, processed using wet and iodine preparation for isolation of nematodes.

Policy and Institutional Challenges in Promoting Rainwater Harvesting for Domestic Use in Malawi's Cities and Towns. Kenneth A. Wiyo
Abstract:
Given the current domestic water shortages in Malawi's cities, towns and market centres, this paper examined the use of roof-top rainwater harvesting for domestic use. Analyses of water sources for Blantyre and Lilongwe cities, 12 market centres and towns and 4 rural districts have shown that there is low usage of rain water harvesting (RWH) for domestic use in Malawi's cities, rural towns and market centres (0.2%).

Abstract:
There are global concerns on large-scale production of biofuels on account of sustainable production, deforestation, loss of biodiversity, competition for land and water resources, food security and rising food and feed prices. For countries with limited land base and high population density such as Malawi successful production of biofuels will depend on the use of agricultural wastes (e.g. ethanol from molasses) and the growing of biofuel crops on marginal lands or field and homestead boundaries as live fences.

That is, becoming a member of a community means learning to be able to function in the discourse acceptable for that community. Classic scholars Hardin and Ostrom emerged with counter-traditions to each other in favour of private and communal natural resource management institutions respectively. In these premises, Hardin argues that it is not possible for local people cooperatively to manage a common resource sustainably because individuals in the community will always be driven by the rationale of ensuring more of personal gains at the expense of others.
