Mid Ocean Ridges. Neena Francis
Abstract:
Mid ocean ridge is an interconnected system of undersea volcanoes that meander over the earth like the raised seams on a baseball. It continues kilometres encircles the earth and bisects its oceans. Mid ocean ridge system is understood only since 1960s when the plate tectonic theory is explained and accepted. This represents an area where tectonic plates move apart by the magma pushing up from the mantle where theory of plate tectonics plays the role. Hence mid ocean ridge system is an example of divergent plate boundary.

Isolation, Screening And Characterization Of Halotolerant Enzymes Of Extremophiles Isolated From Kelambakkam Saltern Pond. Kamalu Abdullahi Alhassan and Dr. M. Krishnaraj
Abstract:
The study of extremophiles provides an understanding of the physicochemical parameters defining life on Earth and may provide insight into how life on Earth originated. The postulations that extreme environmental conditions existed on primitive Earth and that life arose in hot environments have led to the theory that extremophiles are vestiges of primordial organisms and thus are models of ancient life and also are research importance in the field of Biotechnology.

Application Of Network Coding In Multimedia Communication. Lawrence Oborkhale
Abstract:
Communication networks today share the same fundamental principle of operation. Whether it is packets over the Internet, or signals in a phone network, information is transported in the same way as cars share a highway or fluids share pipes. Network coding is an interesting paradigm that requests the network nodes to perform basic processing operations on packets in order to improve the throughput or the robustness of communication systems with network diversity.

Modeling Of The Specific Sedimentation And Erosion Rate In Semirom Watershed Using Epm Model And Geography Information System (GIS). Milad.Bahramian and S.Hamid.Ghaemmaghami
Abstract:
Soil erosion in watershed of dams in country causes sediment accumulation inside the lake of dams and it will result in early entropy of these important economic sources. This study aims to closely analyze the situation of erosion and sedimentation and their reasons in Smirom watershed hydrological unit via EPM model in order to be used in preparation of soil conservation patterns and watershed management.

Zero Energy Buildings In India. Shambhavi Mulgaonkar and Alok Joshi
Abstract:
A zero energy home or a building is a structure which gives almost as much energy back to the power grid as it takes. The main principle is to reduce power consumption of the structure by efficient design and on-site renewable energy generation. The paper discusses primarily, the advantages and disadvantages of a ZEB, the scenario of zero energy buildings in India.

Hyperanalytic Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transfrom Based Image Denoising Using Bi-Variate Shrinkage Filter. S. Swarnalatha,Dr. P. Satyanarayana and B. Shoban Babu
Abstract:
This paper emphasizes the improvement in the denoising capability of the new proposed technique 'Hyperanalytic Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transform (HDTCWT)'. This technique combines the merits of both Hyperanalytic Wavelet Transform (HWT) and Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transform (DTCWT). Bi-variate shrinkage Filtering excels in estimating the signal from the noisy signals.

Post-mortem Study Of Isolated Right Ventricular Intracavitary Metastasis Of Hepatocellular Carcinoma In An Elderly Man. Dr. Bhushan M. Warpe and Dr. Bhushan Malhari Warpe
Abstract:
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a well-known complication of chronic hepatitis-B and is associated with chronic alcoholism. Most cases of HCC are diagnosed at an advanced stage and the tumor spreads most frequently to the lungs, peritoneum, adrenal glands, and bones. The aim of this study was to clarify the clinical features of patients with isolated rare HCC metastases to the heart.
