Empirical Modeling and Optimization of Clay-Catalysed Esterification using Response Surface Methodology. Kamen, F.L., Igbokwe, P.K, Nwakaudu, M.S and Ndukwe, O.C.
Abstract:
The clay-catalysed esterification reaction between acetic acid and ethanol was modeled using Box-Behnken Response Surface Methodology (RSM) design. The reaction was catalysed by acid-treated montmorillonite clay from Udi stream in Enugu State of Nigeria. The input variables modeled were the catalyst weight, reaction temperature and reactants mole ratio while the output variable was the percentage conversion of acetic acid.

Improved Continuous Neighbors Discovery Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks. Mr .Prafulla L. Mehar and Prof. R. K. Krishna
Abstract:
A sensor network may contain a huge number of simple sensor nodes that are deployed at some inspected site. In large areas, such a network usually has a mesh structure .In most sensor networks the nodes are static.Nevertheless, node connectivity is subject to changes because of disruptions in wireless communication, transmission power changes, or loss of synchronization between neighboring nodes.

Overloading Of Heavy Vehicles Around The World. Osama Mahmoud Yassenn, Intan Rohani Endut, Mohamed Ahmed Hafez, Siti Zaharah Ishak and Hazem Mahmood Yaseen
Abstract:
It is impossible for any country to have a rapid economic growth without a good and efficient transportation system. However, there are several problems affecting the transportation systems. One of the most important and common problem nowadays is the overloading of heavy vehicles and trucks. Road pavements performance, infrastructure performance, and safety are severely reduced by heavy vehicles overloading.

Cross-Layer Features Based Intrusion Detection System For Wireless Ad Hoc Network. MR.Dipak K .Patani, MR.Chetan P .Undhad and Prof.Chetan Singhadiya
Abstract:
A Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) is a network of mobile nodes which dynamically grouped to gather and establish arbitrary and temporary network topology. Ad hoc network is vulnerable to many kind of attack because of infrastructure less architecture. Cross layer based intrusion detection system (IDS) for wireless ad hoc networks using association rule mining and classification is our main focus in this paper.

Effect of a forcing term on solution of a Homogeneous Burgers equation. Rodgers K. Adenyah, Kiema D. Wambua, Barasa S. Joel and Duncan O. Oganga
Abstract:
The importance of the Burgers' equation in engineering can never be overlooked. This equation plays a very crucial role when it comes to models in mathematics and it's applicable in solution of mathematical problems both in applied mathematics and engineering at large. It models mathematical problems that are of a fluid flow nature.

Evaluation of antioxidant activity of soluble and bound phenolics from groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.). Indu Vasudevan, Ankit Jain and Radha Cheruppanpullil
Abstract:
Groundnuts were separated as kernel, skin, and some were directly used as whole nuts, by retaining skin. Soluble phenolics were extracted from three fractions using 70% aqueous acetone. Insoluble-bound phenolics were subsequently extracted into diethyl ether-ethyl acetate fractions after alkaline and acid hydrolysis.
