Abstract:
This paper, provide a secure mining in horizontally distributed databases by using association rules. We used Fast Distributed Mining (FDM) algorithm which is unsecured distributed version of the Apriori algorithm. Horizontally Distributed Databases divides the relation tuples, so that first subset of rows is present within the site 1 and another subset is present within the site 2. Original relation is obtained by taking union of all the sets.

The study examined the influence of networking on the performance of agri-based export oriented SMEs in Kenya. A survey was conduct on 96 agri-based export oriented SMES using a questionnaire. Descriptive statistic results confirmed that business links abroad, international trade fairs, membership to trade organizations with mean scores of 4.38, 4.2, and 4.12 respectively were important to networking.
