Investigating vitality of Education in Gender Empowerment: With reference to Central Himalayas
Dr. Kamruddin
Abstract:
Education in its general sense is a form of learning in which knowledge, skills, and habits of a group of people are transferred from one generation to the next through teaching, training, research, or simply through auto didacticism. (Dewey, 1914)1Generally, it occurs through any experience that has a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or acts. Etymologically, the word "education" is derived from the Latin educatio (?Abreeding, abringingup, arearing") fromeduco (?Ieducate,Itrain?) which is related to the homonymeduco(?Ileadforth, Itakeout; Iraiseup, Ierect?)frome-(?from,outof?)andduco(?Ilead,Iconduct?).Arightto education has been created and recognized by some jurisdictions: Since 1952, Article 2 of the first Protocol to the European Convention on HumanRights obliges all signatory parties to guarantee the right to education. It does not however guarantee any particular level of education of any particular quality. At the global level, the United Nations'InternationalCovenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights of 1966 guarantees this right under its Article13.

The Importance of Music as a foundation of Mental Peace
Dr. Sandhya Arora
Abstract:
Shakespeare once wrote: "If music be the food of love, play on..." Profound words, true,
but he failed to mention that music is not just nourishment for the heart, but also for the soul.
Music surrounds our lives, we hear it on the radio, on television, from our car and home
stereos. We come across it in the mellifluous tunes of a classical concert or in the devotional
strains of a bhajan, the wedding band, or the reaper in the fields breaking into song to express the
joy of life. Even warbling in the bathroom gives us a happy start to the day.
Music can delight all the senses and inspire every fiber of our being. Music has the power
to soothe and relax, bring us comfort and embracing joy! Music subtly bypasses the intellectual
stimulus in the brain and moves directly to our subconscious There is music for every mood and
for every occasion.

MAPPING IN ELLENABAD BLOCK OF SIRSA DISTRICT USING
REMOTE SENSING & GIS TECHNIQUES
Dr. J. S. Duhan, Mukesh Kumar
Abstract:
The pressures on the natural resources have tremendously increased over years by
man’s greed for commercialization and livelihood of local people. Devoid of regeneration,
population and wide scale tree felling depleted the natural re-sources to a level, which posed
a problem for the very sustenance of man. Therefore, it is imperative to understand the
consequences of manmade initiatives and to devise proper strategies to counteract these
detrimental effects to keep a balance of the environment, ecology, green cover, and human
livelihood. Since time immemorial Environment and Development are going together as two
wheels of cart. The monitoring of resource and temporal utilization through the multitemporal IRS-P6 AWiFS satellite data provides detailed information about the land use land
cover changes. This paper explores the temporal composition of the main Land-use/Landcover (LULC) categories, examines the spatial configuration of the categories, and derives

The Role of Television in Cultivating the Values of Pluralism and Cultural Diversity
Dr Swati Singh
Abstract:
The term ‘media pluralism’ is regularly used in critiques of media and in arguments for public
intervention in media markets. It is employed so loosely, however, that it allows varied
interpretations to be attached, and this makes it highly makes it highly challenging to turn general

of the lack of clarity is the consequence of indefiniteness of the term and because it is used as a

Poet David Herbert Lawrence : A Philosophical Appreciation of the Reality
Dr. Rajiv Ranjan
Abstract:
overall trajectory of Lawrence’s experimentation with the initiatory
pattern strangely mirrors the structure of The Rainbow: just as successive
Brangwen generations progressively lose connection with their sources of
vitality and integration, so too does Lawrence gradually lose contact with his
own most creative—energetic, positive, and inventive—resources. It is as if in
portraying the decline of the Brangwen generations, he prophesied his own
physical, emotional, and artistic decline. The result is that The Rainbow is the
most effective embodiment of the transformative pattern, and The Plumed
Serpent the least effective. Lady Chatterley’s Lover can be considered a final
rallying of resources before the ultimate fall into death.

India–Pakistan Relations: Study Analysis
SUMAN KUMAR
Abstract:
Since achieving independence in 1947, the relations between India and Pakistan have been such
that the talks of trade, cooperation and peace have often taken place parallel to the threats of war.
They have fought four wars and on more than one occasion mobilised their militaries with a
credible threat of war. Since the early 1990s, the insurgency in Kashmir and terrorist incidents in
other parts of India have affected bilateral relations in a profound way. Serious terrorist attacks
in India causing huge loss of life, such as the Mumbai bombings in 2005 and Mumbai attacks in
2008, have often led to the loss of public support for dialogue with Pakistan
