CONTENT RECOGNITION USING AUDIO FINGER PRINTING
G.SELVAKUMAR
Abstract:
Sound fingerprinting is a procedure that utilizes PCs to break
down little clasps of music chronicles to respond to a typical inquiry
that individuals who tune in to music frequently solicit: "What is the
name of that melody I hear?". Sound fingerprinting advances have as
of late pulled in consideration since they permit the checking of sound
autonomously of its organization and without the need of meta-information or watermark installing. Sound fingerprinting calculation
make utilization of typically short sounds of three to thirty seconds
long to make a sound unique finger impression. This sound unique
mark is contrasted with a database of realized sound fingerprints to
distinguish the first sound source. In the wake of getting distinguished
it gives the metadata of the sound therefore. This work is finished with
the assistance of Application Program Interface (ACR Cloud). The
sound fingerprints of the sections don't really need to be of high caliber
to be a match. Twists and obstruction of the first flag makes
coordinating of the fingerprints less dependable, however (to a limited
degree) it will even now be conspicuous. This can be utilized to look
through a fragment of a sound document from a great many sound
accumulations inside seconds with the assistance of ACR cloud API.

ALGORITHM
A.Mohana Priya
Abstract:
Breast cancer is one of the severe disease among women
worldwide. In this paper Machine Learning algorithm is used to
predict the severity of breast cancer. Clinical Dataset is utilized for
analysis using Machine Learning algorithm called Support Vector
Machine. In this area cancer growth also reviewed stage by stage and
suitable diagnosis can be suggested to prevent them from its severity.
As an extension to the previous researches related to the discovery of
breast cancer, we proposed a model to help in resolving the difficulty
of determining the degree of risk for the disease and to get best
practices, abatement time and expense with the objective of
advancing wellbeing, based on data collected from hospitals. The
model is applying classification techniques such as Support vector
machine on the collected breast cancer data, which in turn predicts
the severity of breast cancer. After evaluation and testing using the
mentioned classification techniques on the breast cancer dataset, we
obtained an accuracy of 94%, which is an accepted rate of prediction
for the severity of breast cancer. This paper will discuss about the
accuracy of the algorithm and prediction using dataset.

REVEAL BATU BUBUS AS MINI TEMPLE IN BIAS PUTIH BEACH
BUGBUG KARANGASEM BALI BASED ON GEOELECTRIC DATA
I Nengah Simpen
Abstract:
Batu Bubus is a place in Bias Putih Beach, Bugbug Village,
Karangasem District, Bali, located at latitude 8,5010021 S and
longitude 115,6107472 E. As visible, this place as seen as a pile of
stones. Before the development of the tourist destination of Taman
Harmoni Bali Bukit Asah, Batu Bubus has become a mini temple. But
due to the development of tourist destinations, this place is often used as
a place to take pictures. It's really exotic at all. But behind the exotic,
do the visitors know that place is a sacred place according Hinduism?
The following question is why is the place sacred? The answer of this
question will be sought based on geoelectric data. The research has
been conducted from April 2018 to August 2018 using geoelectric
methods. By making several tracks around Batu Bubus. The results
showed that in the research area found aquifer flow at 10-23 m depth.
The upstream part of the aquifer is still fused, in the middle is
branching. One of the smaller branches leads to the west, appearing as
a small spring. This place is often used as a melukat. Another one,
which is larger towards the bottom of the Batu Bubus, the springhead
isn't visible, be expected be spring into the sea near the beachso it is a
meeting between sea water and fresh water (campuhan). So Batu Bubus
is sacred as mini temple because it is a meeting between sea water and
fresh water (campuhan).

THE RELATIVE CONTRIBUTION OF MATHEMATICS TO
STUDENTS’ PERFORMANCES IN SCIENCE SUBJECTS IN
ENGLISH-SPEAKING SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN CAMEROON
BEYOH DIEUDONE NKEPAH
Abstract:
This study which set out to determine the relative contribution of mathematics to students’
performances in science subjects in English-speaking secondary schools was carried out
in Mezam Division of the North West Region of Cameroon. It employed the Survey and the
Correlational research designs. 357 Form five students from 14 secondary schools, drawn
from a targeted population of 1147 students from 34 public secondary schools constituted
the sample of the study. The sample was arrived at through stratified disproportionate
random sampling technique. Performance was measured using students’ 2017 General
Certificate of Education (GCE) mock scores in mathematics, physics and chemistry at the
Ordinary Level (O/L). Data was analyzed using the linear regression analysis. The
findings suggest that there is a high positive correlation (R = 0.601) between mathematics
and physics and a low positive correlation (R = 0.364) exists between mathematics and
chemistry. The t-test further revealed that both relationships were significant. Thus the
coefficient of determination (r2
) between mathematics and physics is 0.361, while that
between mathematics and chemistry is 0.133. Thus 13.3% and 36.1% of the variations in
students’ performances in O/L chemistry and physics respectively, can be accounted for by
their performances in mathematics.

OLALEYE JOHN OLATUNDE
Abstract:
The study evaluated the roles of Internal Controls in preventing and detecting fraud; in essence, the study assess
the impact of internal control system as a means to maximize and prevent the occurrence of fraudulent practices
in any form in the banking sectors. The researchers used two sources of data collection, the primary source
which enable researchers to get first class information and the secondary method of data collection. In this
research work, questionnaires were administered for collecting data using random sampling techniques. Results
of this study shown that the major causes of fraud and actors that contributed to the incidence of fraud and
forgery in commercial banks is job insecurity, and also revealed that overriding of control system in the banks
by top management has also significantly contributed to the collapses of some banks in the past couple with
poor or weak management control, monitoring and lack of supervision of internal control system and
procedures which also caused fraud to be perpetrated. It has been established in this study that internal control
system is paramount in ensuring effective operation of banks, and it has impact on prevention and detection of
fraud and enhances the overall profitability of banks. From the study, it was cleared that Guaranty Trust Bank
Plc, there control procedures and monitoring activities have shown conformity with good internal control

IMPROVING FORECASTS OF GARCH FAMILY MODELS WITH
THE ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORKS:AN APPLICATION TO
DAILY RETURN VOLATILITY IN MOROCCAN STOCK MARKET.
Moulay Driss ELBOUSTY
Abstract:
Stock Market volatility has been extensively studied in
finance literature. In this paper, we estimate Moroccan
Stock Market return volatility by using Single-State
GARCH models and Markov Regime Switching GARCH
models. We proposed Back Propagation Neural Network
algorithms to improve volatility forecasting of GARCH
class models. The BPNN is combined with GARCH in
such a way prediction of GARCH models is used as input
of our Neural Network. Three volatility estimators are
used for this purpose: Absolute return, Parkinson and
Garman Klass. The forecasting accuracy of the models is
examined using Mean Square Errors (MSE). The results
indicate the efficiency of the neural network in enhancing
the performance of GARCH models. The findings further
clarify the superiority of the marriage of MRS-GARCH
and EGARCH with neural network over considered
models.

NEW APPROACH FOR FINDING NUMBER OF CLUSTERS USING
DISTANCE BASED K-MEANS ALGORITHM
Mohamed Cassim Alibuhtto
Abstract:
Clustering is one of the most universal unsupervised classification
methods for partitioning objects into a set of meaningful clusters. The
k-means clustering algorithm is a commonly used partitioning based
clustering method for finding optimal number of clusters. However,
number of clusters generated by k-means algorithm depends on the
choice of centroid value which sometimes could be misled.
Therefore, a new approach for identifying the optimal number of
clusters based on distance in k-means algorithm is proposed. The
designed algorithm was tested using twelve sets of simulated data has
revealed that the proposed algorithm is able to identify the exact
number of clusters.

OVERLAPPING FIELDS WITH IMAGE PROCESSING: IMAGE STITCHING
Jagannath Mahapatro
Abstract:
Image stitching or photo stitching is the process of combining multiple photographic images with
overlapping fields of view to produce a segmented panorama or high-resolution image. Commonly
performed through the use of computer software, most approaches to image stitching require nearly exact
overlaps between images and identical exposures to produce seamless results, although some stitching
algorithms actually benefit from differently exposed images by doing high-dynamic-range-imaging in
regions of overlap. Some digital cameras can stitch their photos internally. nce the illumination in two views
cannot be guaranteed to be the same, stitching two images could create a visible seam. Other reasons for the
seam appearing could be the background changing between two images for the same continuous foreground.
In general, the major issues to deal with are presence of parallax, lens distortion, scene motion, and
exposure differences. For panoramic stitching, the ideal set of images will have a reasonable amount of
overlap (at least 15–30%) to overcome lens distortion and have enough detectable features. The set of
images will have consistent exposure between frames to minimize the probability of seams occurring. In the
non-ideal real-life case, the intensity varies across the whole scene and so does the contrast and intensity
across the frames. Lens distortion, motion in the scene, and misalignment all cause ghosting. Also, the ratio
of width to height of a panorama image needs to be taken into account to create a visually pleasing
composite

APPLICATION
Dr. Dharmendra Pratap
Abstract:
Supramolecular molecular is a big ply of interdisciplinary field of science covering
physics and biology along with chemistry. It plays a major role in progressive elaboration of
a science of informed, organized, evaluative matter. It has vast application in various fields
like material technology, catalytic medicine, data storage and processing, and many more.
Supramolecular chemistry refers to area of the chemistry beyond the molecule or chemistry
of non-covalent bond. In traditional chemistry, we use to see that atoms bind with atoms
with covalent bond, but in Supramolecular chemistry molecules bind with molecules with
non-covalent bond interactions. Non-covalent interactions may be electrostatic, hydrogen
bonding, pi-pi stacking interactions, Van der Waals forces, hydrophobic or cation-pi
interaction.

THE UNDERLYING SOURCE OF CALCULUS OF
FUNCTIONS AND ITS APPLICATIONS TO
SOLVEDIVERGENT PROBLEMS.
Jay Prakash Tiwari
Abstract:
Calculus functions in real world are employed to study of rates of change. Before
the development of calculus of functions, this couldn’t be possible to calculate or study or
calculate the objects in motion. However calculus was employed to study and calculate the
static objects only and that too should be perfectly static also. Nothing in this universe is
perfectly static so calculus of functions has played an unbelievable role in the real world with
respect to mathematics, physics or statistics. Let us take an example of objects like a star up
to smallest particles of matter doesn’t remain in static position. Thus by analyzing the
precedent discussion it is good to say that nothing in the universe exists in complete static
position. The underlying concept of calculus functions are used to determine how particles or
objects from visible range to invisible range like stars, protons, electrons etc move and
change with the passage of time
