Development of Electronic-Based Textile Technology Innovation – A Literature Study Application of Technology in Industry
Nandang Suhendra, Muslim Efendi Harahap, Saeful Rohman, Wawas Swathatafrijiah
Abstract:
The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of the key innovative pathways in developing electronics-based textiles to date using resources available in the public domain regarding "smart textiles" or "textile intelligence". The material of this paper is taken from various literatures which are textbooks (academic), commercial products and issued patents. Based on the literature obtained it is reported that electronics can be integrated into textiles, where integration can be achieved by inserting electronic into textile surfaces, and electronics are added at the textile or electronic manufacturing stage combined at the yarn stage. The integration method can affect the nature of the yarn network in fabrics / textiles, such as the flexibility of the fabric

MODERN ADVANCES IN THE SYNTHESIS OF NEW DERIVATIVES OF ACETYLENE DITHIOCARBAMATE AND THEIR BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY
Makhsumov Abdukhamid Gafurovich, Ismatov Dilmurod Nurillaevich, Valeeva Nailya Gennadievna, Asadova Rano Dilmuratovna, Ruzmatov Bobur
Abstract:
The article shows the results of the preparation of 1-bromopropargyl esters of substituted benzoates based on bromo-substituted benzoates and propargyl alcohol by interaction with NaSH, the synthesis of 1-thiol-propargyl esters of substituted benzoates with high yields. It was shown that the reaction between 1-thiol propargene benzoate and 1-isocyanate proceeds according to the AN nucleophilic addition mechanism with the quantitative formation of dithiocarbamate compounds. The structures of the synthesized compounds were established and their biostimulating activity was shown.

Effect of Hot Rolling and Cold Rolling on Mechanical Properties and Electrical Conductivity of Composites of AlZrCe Alloy and Al2O3 Particle
Suryadi, Mirza Wibisono, Muslim E. Harap, I Nyoman Jujur, Kirman, Iwan Setyadi
Abstract:
Hot rolling and followed by cold rolling have been carried out on samples of metal matrix composites (MMC) of AlZrCe alloy reinforced with alumina (Al203) nanoparticles. The samples are produced using stir casting with a chemical composition of Zr 0.15%, Ce 0.2% (weight fraction) and Al203 1.2% (volume fraction). The rolling process above is carried out using a rolling mill which has a square-shaped roller gap profile with various sizes. The rolling process of the sample begins with hot rolling at a temperature of 450 °C to reduce cross sections to 51% and proceed with the cold rolling to reduce cross sections to 70%. Changes in the microstructure of these samples were observed using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Changes in mechanical properties were observed by tensile test and hardness test. The electrical conductivity was measured using a micro Ohm meter. After hot rolling, the tensile strength of the samples significantly increased from 60 MPa to 180 MPa, the hardness value increased from 45 HV to 85 HV and the electrical conductivity increased from 51.3% IACS to 54.6% IACS. After the cold rolling, the tensile strength of the samples increases from 180 MPa to 326 MPa and the hardness increases from 85 HV to 130 HV. However, the electrical conductivity of these samples decreased slightly from 54.6% IACS to 54.2% IACS. The properties above show that this composite has good prospect to be applied as a high-strength conductor

Determination and Linearization of Telescopic Damper Nonlinear Characteristic in Passenger Vehicles Suspension System
Jasmin Sehovic, Prof. Dr. Ivan Filipovic, Prof. Dr. Boran Pikula
Abstract:
This paper aims to contribute to defining damping in elements with nonlinear damping in the passenger motor vehicles suspension system and the method of its linearization, suitable for mathematical modeling of the entirepassenger motor vehicle suspension system. The methodology for determining the kinematic characteristics of the passenger motor vehicle suspension system has been developed. In the given case acceleration measurements of vehicle characteristic positions (excitation device, unsprung mass – wheel and sprung mass – body) were made. The velocity and travel of these characteristic positions were obtained by integration of measured accelerations. Accelerations were measured using triaxial accelerometers, whose operation is enabled up to 20 kHz sampling frequency. By using the 1D mathematical model of suspension system and the experimental results, it was possible to determine current values of the damping force, the damping values, in the function ofvelocity and travel of the telescopic damper. Based on the obtained results, it is possible to define the real damping value, and further the damping coefficient of the passenger motor vehicle suspension system damper. The measurements were conducted on two vehicles. The first vehicle is new and had travelled approximately 2000 kmup tothe measurement day, and the second vehicle is older and had travelled approximately 56000 km up to the measurement day. These measurements and the analysis of the results can also be used to determine the exploitation life of the passenger motor vehicle suspension system.

EXACT COUPLES AND HOMOLOGY OF FILTRATIONS
Dr.GopalKumar
Abstract:
In this paper we study the relationship between a very classical algebraic object associated to a filtration of topological spaces, namely a spectral sequence, and a more recently invented object that has found many applications – namely, its persistent homology groups. We show the existence of a long exact sequence of groups linking these two objects and using it derive formulas expressing the dimensions of each individual groups of one object in terms of the dimensions of the groups in the other object. The main tool used to mediate between these objects is the notion of exact couples first introduced by Massey in 1952.
