A Comparative Study on Impact of Non-Performing Assets of Public and Private Banks on its Profitability Deepak S. Jejani, Dr. Pradeep D. HadkeAbstract:
Non-performing assets are one of the major concerns for banks in India. NPAs reflect the performance of banks. A high level of NPAs suggests high probability of a large number of credit defaults that affect the profitability and net-worth of banks and also erodes the value of the asset. NPAs affect the liquidity and profitability, in addition to posing threat on quality of asset and survival of banks. The Indian banking sector has been facing serious problems of raising Non-Performing Assets (NPAs). The NPAs growth has a direct impact on profitability of banks. It involves the necessity of provisions, which reduces the overall profits and shareholders‟ value. The problem of NPAs is not only affecting the banks but also the whole economy. In-fact high level of NPAs in Indian banks is nothing but a reflection of the state of health of the industry and trade. It is necessary to trim down NPAs to improve the financial health in the banking system. The Indian banking sector is facing a serious problem of NPAs. To improve the efficiency and profitability, the NPAs have to be scheduled. Various steps have been taken by governments to reduce the NPAs. It is highly impossible to have zero percentage NPAs. But at least Indian banks can try competing with foreign banks to maintain international standard. The objective behind this study is to find the factors contributing to NPAs, reasons for high NPAs and their impact on Indian banking operations, the profitability, the trend and magnitude of NPAs in selected Indian banks. STRATEGIC METHODOLOGIES FOR LOW POWER VLSI DESIGNS AND EFFECTIVENESS OF POWER ESTIMATION TOOL: AN ANALYSIS
Supratim Saha, Dr. Amit Kumar Jain
Abstract:
Recently power dissipation is becoming an important constraint in design process. In that Low power design is becoming a new era in VLSI technology, as it impacts many applications. With the increase in speed, mobility and miniaturization of electronic devices, the power consumption of these devices has become major design factor. Especially for mobile devices the power consumption determines the battery life time. Therefore the designers, consumers, as well as environmental considerations demand a reduction of power dissipation in digital circuits. Digital circuits consist of a number of interconnected logic gates which together perform a function on one or more input signals. Every time an input signal changes it propagates via the gates causing signal transition in every place where the signals propagate. This causes current to charge or discharge the capacitive load of CMOS gates which results in power dissipation. This article main focus on strategic methodologies for low power VLSI designs and its effectiveness.

PROBLEM OF POST-HARVEST LOSSES FOR PERISHABLE CROPS IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION IN BUNDELKHAND REGIONS
Nitin Srivastava, Prof. C.B. Singh
Abstract:
The main objective of this article is to learn about the concepts and problems of food losses after
harvesting in perishable crops. “It examined the various concepts of food loss after harvest, the
importance of perishable crops, the causes of food losses, environmental considerations and their
influence on food losses. We also looked for solutions to some of the problems identified. It has
been established by the review that the factors that contribute to these food losses include; The
initial quality of the harvest, mechanical injuries, temperature, storage atmosphere, genetic
factors and environmental influence. To minimize these problems, appropriate agricultural
techniques should be put into practice, such as the general principles of extending the useful life
of these crops. There must be proper management of temperature, humidity and effective
methods to prevent these losses. Since most national governments recognize that food losses
after harvesting are complex, therefore, it requires a commitment to an integrated approach,
involving many organizations, including local communities and groups. Hence the research main
focus on distribution strategies for minimising post-harvest losses for agricultural produce in
selected households of Bundelkhand regions

Nobility of Doctrine of Estoppel
Dr. Kishori Lal
Abstract:
Synonyms of estoppel is impediment. It is A legal principle that bars a party from denying or

types of estoppel equitable and legal.

act upon such a representaiton; neither he or those representing can in subsequent court
proceeding deny the truth. The term Estoppel is derived from the maxim "allegans conraria non
est-audien dus"
Which implies a person alleging contradictory facts should not be heard and is the species of
presumption" Juris et dejuri" where in the fact presummed is taken to be true against the party
standing the same. The Doctrine of estoppel is based on the latin maxim NEMO CONTRA

Bose – Einstein Condensation an Super timidity
Rajiv Ranjan
Abstract:
The oldest known physical manifestation of Bose condensation is super fluid 4He. A 4He. atom
has total angular momentum zero an is therefore a boson. At Tc =k liquid helium becomes super
fluid. The transition temperature is called 𝛾 point because the shape of the specific heat Sueur at Tc
is shaped like. One cools liquid helium by pumping an it get rid of the hat atoms (evaporative
cooing). It boils a little. There at the transition it boils vigorously and suddenly stops. The reason of
this behavior is that the thermal conductivity increases by a factor of about 106
at the transition, so
that the super fluid is no longer able to sustain a temperature gradient. To make a fluffed, heat has
to locally vaporize the fluid and make it much hotter than the surrounding fluid. This is no longer
possible in the super fluid. This is no longer possible in the super fluid state.
