Approximately half of the Indian population involved in the agriculture sector directly or indirectly. Thus agriculture sector is essential for the socio-economic development in the country. In the globalization era, the Indian agriculture sectors have much development including the farmer's standard of living, food security and increasing of the agriculture sector's income. Due to the government policy of liberalization in the economic sector, there are also increasing foreign direct investment, smoothness of the business doing condition and fasten off the national economy and raising in national incomes. CONSUMER ADOPTION OF MOBILE FINANCIAL SERVICES: A COMMENTARY
KELLEN W. GAITUNG’U , DR JANE WANJIRA
Abstract:
Mobile financial services avail a distinct opportunity for consumers. The potential is extraordinary. There are numerous factors that consumers assess to determine if they will adopt a mobile financial service. In Kenya, mobile financial services have made considerable progress as individuals continue to adopt them at varying rates. Hence, there is a need to evaluate the factors that influence consumer adoption of mobile financial services. Mobile financial services comprise several sub-groups such as mobile banking, money transfer, and mobile payment. Further, they constitute an ecosystem that involves a regulator, MNOs, banks, agents, merchants, and the customer. Consumers contemplate the probability of risks before adopting a mobile financial service. Thus, the perceived risk hugely influences the adoption of these services. The perceived ease of use and the usefulness also play a vital role in the adoption of mobile financial services. Consumers gauge how is it is to use a platform as well as how useful it is. Moreover, consumers assess their awareness of a platform before adopting it. Thus, this commentary assesses the influence these factors impose on consumer adoption of mobile financial services in the country.

FLOTTABILITY OF COBALT MINERALS APPLICATION TO MUKONDO MINERALS FROM THE NORTH CENTER AND SOUTH EAST
Ph. CHISUNKA KAMPOLOBWE, A. CHOLA, E. MUTUNDA J. KAFUMBILA, W. KITOBO
Abstract:
The classic problem of an Industrial Mining for a mineral Cell Co fromMukondo flank North-Center and Southeast (NCSE) buoyancy curiously difficult in threshold on attack, a preliminary study of grindability comparing this ore and another cell equivalent supposed to easy flotation, fed to the KAKANDA Concentrator (KDC) in acronym Gécamines en joint venture with BM Mining / ERGAFRICA multinational operating. Then, the flotation tests orientation were initiated in two parts, the first of which, using a mixture of Rinkalore 840 and the second, the Rinkalore R10 mixture. We also did some finishing tests but this time trying to study the release by varying the particle size in the range after two minutes of flotation for finishing. During the variation of the granulometry, impressive observations have been made on the recovery of cobalt metals Copper. We found that it is with the Granulometry of 30% of refusal on + 75 μm that we get the best results. An application in real time context of the Enterprise, the economic aspect was studied by determining the operational cost of the transposed finishing test on an industrial scale working in conditions like ours, our cost is slightly lower than the typical current operating cost of the plant for a quality of 7.8% Co in the concentrate, the operating cost is 14372.22 USD / t Cobalt for the NCSE flank ore in our Test, while at the factory, the cost is 14990.32 USD / t of cobalt at the same yield of 72%, an accomplishment of a usual practical management that accompanied our touch in the buoyancy of this ore and the figures of the Industrial BM Mining via an approach of his annual budget and the operating cost of industrial management on a daily basis. The dynamics of BM Mixed Gecamines executives updated time in the appendices of this work.

USE OF TECHNIQUES COMBINING LIXIVIATION IN TAS AND L SOLVENT EXTRACTION FOR THE VALORIZATION OF MINERALS POOR OF THE MUKONDO DEPOSITION
Ph. CHISUNKA KAMPOLOBWE, W. KITOBO SAMSONI, S. NGOY DIYAMBI, A. KADIAT et MUDEKEREZA
Abstract:
The Mukondo deposit located in the vicinity of the mining town of Kakanda(10 to 15km) is a very important deposit of Lualaba which contains oresCuprocobaltifères. The present study initiated by the mining company Boss Mining injoint venture with Gécamines. the minerals of Cellular and Individuals Cobalt Silicates 'PCS' shifting to Cobalt poor ores the study is about the tests ofvaluation of this deposit containing approximately 1.3% copper and 0.7% cobalt, the optimization of heap leaching of this conventional ore already operational and Solvent extraction of Copper and Cobalt from PLS (Pignan Leach Solution) prepared laboratory experiments have shown that the copper content is leaching with dissolution yields of about 70% irrespective of the acidic medium used, however, Cobalt partially leaches at about 17% when using the acid only. Cobalt is leached with good yields (greater than 95%) by adding in the reaction medium a chemical agent such as sodium metabisulfite which facilitates the reduction of trivalent cobalt. Heap leach tests have shown that the leaching takes place with slow kinetics compared to stirred tank leaching and that the dissolution rate of metals could be increased by playing on the percolation rate. To promote subsequent solvent extraction operations Copper and cobalt, percolations with recirculation of PLS were conducted at an optimal pH of extraction of copper by the LIX 984N and the recirculation was carried out until PLS containing 4 to 5 g / l Cu and about 2 g / l Co. are obtained, extraction tests indicated as in most literatures and as observed in some factories of the place that Copper s extracts easily and selectively using the LIX 984N. The residual concentration of copper in the refining is less than 100ppm. On the other hand, to extract the Cobalt, whatever the type of exterminator used (D2EHPA, CYANEX 272 or LIX 272), it is necessary to raise the pH around 5. At this pH is observed precipitation of some metals (iron, Cu), which requires prior to their elimination. These experimental findings demonstrate the possibility to valorize the minerals of the Mukondo deposit using the techniques Combining ore leaching and solvent extraction of copper and copper Cobalt.
