Impact of Employee Motivation on Organizational Performance: The Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction
Abu Bakr
Abstract:
Present study adds to the literature by investigating the effect of "Impact of Employee Motivation on the organizational performance through mediating role of job satisfaction". The target population for present study were the employees of the public sector banks. Non probability sampling technique (convenient sampling) has been used. 600 questionnaires were distributed out of which 489 questionnaires were received back, hence the response rate was 82 %. Principle Component Analysis (PCA) with varimax rotation was done for the purpose of item reduction and Cronbach’s Alpha is used to check the reliability of the scale. Correlation analysis has been performed to check the relationship among the variables. Structural model was tested using Smart PLS 3.0.Mediation analysis is performed using Bootstrapping estimates.

The Indian Mutual Fund Industry : Road Ahead
Prof. Preeta Sinha
Abstract:
From a single-player monopoly in 1964, the Indian mutual fund industry has evolved into a high-growth and competitive market on the back of favorable economic and demographic factors. As of now, 44 asset management companies (AMCs) are operating in India with assets under management (AUM) of 24.55 trillion as on May 31, 2020.This was the second consecutive yearly rise in the industry's assets, after a drop in asset base for two preceding years. Most of the gains in 2020 came on the back of strong inflows into liquid and debt funds since investors are only cautiously positive about investing in stocks. This paper aims to provide the opportunities which are unexplored and the challenges which the Mutual Fund Industry is facing in the current slow economic growth scenario

OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS IN E-COMMERCE INDUSTRY -AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ININDIA
Ms. Durga Devi, Ms. Meenu
Abstract:
The growth of e-commerce industry helps the women entrepreneur to generate new ideas and work from home. Today e-commerce is providing a desirable environment for highly educated, technically sound and potentially qualified women to inculcate entrepreneurial values and involve greatly to business dealing. There are many online platforms that offe aspiring women entrepreneurs virtual workplaces and digitally mobile lifestyle thereby providing the needed flexibility to achieve their business objectives. The aim to carry pres entstudy is to know the fact that there are very few women entrepreneurs involved in e-commerce sector in India so more awareness programmes may be conducted at large with the intention of creating a suitable e-commerce environment to them. It also highlights that women entrepreneurs belonging to urban areas are well educated and professionally qualifi ed but women belonging to rural area are less educated and not professionally sound. This paper analyses the circumstances of women entrepreneurs which are limiting them from growth. The scope of the study is limited to analysis of the status of women entrepreneurs in e-commerce sector covering the period of 2008-2018.

Watermarking Technique to Enhance Image Security in Cloud Computing
Naseem Shaizad, Mir Aman Sheheryar
Abstract:
With the rapid growth of internet, the various digital methods have been proposed to protect the multimedia information from the non-authorized accesses use and change. Among all the proposed methods the watermarking technique is the most common technique for protecting the multimedia data for unauthorized access. A novel method is proposed which deals with secure extraction of data by utilizing transform-based image watermarking techniques. The image is embedded with a watermark using a combination of Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT), Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) and Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) in this scheme. The conventional transforms are applied in an optimized mode in these schemes in different spatial regions of the image to embed a watermark. The scheme is subjected to Signal processing attacks and Geometric attack to test against the robustness of the image. The watermarking of image is made secure by testing against unauthorized detection techniques employed by attackers. This is realized by a correlation-based detector applied to the scheme. Experimental results show that the watermarked image is robust and secure against Signal Processing attacks, Geometric attacks and unauthorized Detection attacks. The water marking methods have been categorized as spatial domain method and frequency domain method. In spatial domain method we modify the lower order bits of cover image to embed the water mark. To embed the water mark in the image simply changes the coefficient value of these transforms according to the watermark and the inverse transform is applied to the original image. These methods are too complicated and require more computational power. These methods are also provides more reverts to the security attacks. The method is GLCM technique.

Influence of Heat Treatment and Extrusion Process on Mechanical Properties of LM13-nano ZrO2 MMC’s
Sumod Daniel, Anil Kumar B.N
Abstract:
In the present investigation, aluminum alloy (LM 13)-nano-ZrO2 metal matrix composites were manufactured by stir casting technique followed by the hot extrusion process. The nano ZrO2 particulates addiction varies from 2 to 10wt% in steps of 2% in the composite. The metallographic and SEM tests were conducted for confirmation of the presence of ZrO2 particulates in the LM 13 alloy and to know the distribution of the ZrO2 particulates in the Lm 13 alloy. The micro hardness, tensile test, and compression test were conducted on the nano metal matrix composites. The result reveals that the mechanical properties were improved in the nano metal matrix compared to the alloy. The heat treatment and the extrusion process have very good influence on improvement of the mechanical properties in the nano metal matrix compared to the alloy.

CLOUD COMPUTING: A NEW REVOLUTION IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SECTOR
Priyanka Rani
Abstract:
‘Cloud’ is a set of different types of hardware and software that work collectively to deliver many aspects of computing to the end-user as an online service.Computing is being transformed into a model in which water, electricity, gas, and telephony are delivered and distributed in a manner similar to utilities. In such a model, users can use services based on their needs without hosting services. Several computing paradigms have promised to deliver this utility computing vision and include grid computing, P2P computing and more recently cloud computing. The term refers to an infrastructure as a cloud in which businesses and users are able to use applications from anywhere in the world on demand. Cloud provides infrastructure, platforms, and software (applications) in the form of computing services, which are made available to consumers as subscriptionbased services in a pay-as-you-go model. In the industry these services are referred to as Infrastructure as Service (Iaas), Platform to Service (PaaS), and Software to Service (SaaS)respectively. The exact advantages will vary according to the type of cloud service used, but, fundamentally, the use of cloud services means that companies do not need to buy or maintain their computing infrastructure. This study tries to explore the importance of cloud computer in the era of information technology.

AKUMUNTU JOSEPH and Dr. K. KALYANDURGMATH,
Abstract:
In general, transportation is categorised into four major modes: land, air, sea and rail. Path tends to be the prevailing way in sub-Saharan Africa. During the colonial era, railways were built but almost abandoned in most nations after independence. Once used as an indication of economic growth and a sovereign instrument, air travel is far from competitive
