Abstract: The Research investigates Co-creation of products and services as a new way to create value, both for customers and for businesses. Data collected was presented qualitatively and quantitatively using tables, and graphs and also descriptive presentations. The sample comprised 15 respondents out of the total population of 33. Participating customers were chosen based on judgmental non-probability sampling method because it was necessary to judge on the type of customers who could provide more sufficient and reliable information. The questionnaire as a research instrument was used in collecting data, this is a sheet of paper consisting of a series questions in a format which the respondents answers, and it was used for gathering information. The questionnaire was composed of both structured questions which were simple and relatively easy to administer and unstructured questions, which assessed the views of the respondents without guiding them. The findings revealed that changing customer needs; customers’ willingness to co-create; reducing product failure; and increasing customer loyalty are the major factors driving co-creation of tourism and hospitality offerings at Zimbabwe`s prime tourist destination. These factors can therefore be concluded to be the general rationale behind co-creation. It is recommended that organisations should not concentrate on employee empowerment and creating a customer responsive culture but rather should move towards the virgin lands of co-creation. With the wide spread panic of the virus threat actors are using this opportunity to exploit the situation. As companies adapt to a changing model with more and more employees working remotely cybersecurity is becoming one of the key questions the companies need to answer. With more and more employees being outside the organisations network and using their own network, concerns over the safety of the organisations data and increased risk of compromise is something organisations need to think about. Abstract: The factors affecting the performance of the company in terms of profitability, turnover and leverage is illustrated by Du Pont Model. The study focuses on the constituents of DuPont model in the Automobile sector in India. The automobile sector which constitutes around fifty percent of the manufacturing GDP in India is going through a rough phase with differences in effectiveness across the companies in the sector. The Du Pont Analysis distributes the Return on Equity (ROE) into two components –Return on Assets (ROA) and Equity Multiplier (EM).ROA can be further decomposed into Net profit margin (NPM) and Asset Turnover (AT) which are the important financial indicators of the performance of the company. The study exhibits the indicators and calculates the ROE using Du Pont Analysis for a time horizon of 10 years (2010-2019) to determine the effects of these indicators on ROE, PAT and Total sales in the model. Top eight Automobiles companies in India on the basis of their market capitalization are considered into study. The detailed analysis indicating the causal factors influencing the ROE, PAT and the Total sales by using Pearson correlation coefficients is presented in the study.
