Abstract:
The use of technology in education, especially at tertiary level, continues to grow against the background of increasing research that suggests that positive outcomes can be realized from its use in teaching and learning. This studysought to investigate how Technical factors influence eLearning implementation in the Botswana tertiary education context. Literature review undertaken has shown that the few studies carried out do not provide the education sector with adequate information to address eLearning initiatives.
