Abstract: The various environmental changes that occur whilst the atmospheric temperature of the earth increases, so that the ecological environment is affected. Natural destructions like volcanic eruptions, forest fires and the artificial air pollutants and water pollutants radiating waste water and the solid wastes from atomic power plants are the causing agents of temperature hike. The role of Carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and chlorofluorocarbons released by industries have been demonstrated by researches proved that the increasing temperature on the planet Earth. In this context very few researches are going about the suns radiation energies. Fiercely increasing Suns temperature for the past centuries afar from the point of industrial revolution is true. The sun emits the ionizing radiations like alpha, beta, gamma and Galactic Cosmic Radiations due to its fierce furnace heat energy of the sun. These ionizing radiations happen every day but frequently it emits in dangerous ranges to the total environment and severely affects aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. Thus results the total energy loss in each systems. These consequences happen through the electromagnetic fields of the atmosphere to the aquatic and terrestrial ecosystem. The modest attempt was made to the predicting the potential impact and severity of ionizing radiation from the sun. In this context the ecological model for energy losses shows the risks and endanger of the living things on the whole Earth in future. Download full Lenght Paper...... |

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence that recycled polyethylene has on the rheological and physical characteristics of polymer-modified bitumen. In order to investigate the impact that polyethylene content has on bitumen binder, several different kinds of tests, including rheological, mechanical, thermal, and surface morphological examinations, were carried out. The rheological characteristics of the composite binder were investigated with the use of a dynamic shear rheometer. According to the findings of thermogravimetric analysis, the thermal stability of polyethylene modified binder is significantly enhanced in comparison to that of unmodified binder. The complex shear modulus, storage modulus, and loss modulus of the bitumen binder have all been enhanced as a result of the gradual rise in the polymer contents. The accumulation of polymeric waste as a result of day-to-day applications of polymer materials like building and packaging is one of the main contributors to environmental issues, and recycling polymers is one solution to this problem. Due to the fact that the majority of polymer materials are derived from oil and gas, the recycling of waste polymeric materials contributes to the conservation of natural resources. This article discusses the recent developments in the recycling of polymeric waste from traditional polymers and their systems (blends and composites), including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polystyrene (PS). Additionally, the paper introduces the concepts of mechanical and chemical recycling. In addition, the influence that mechanical recycling has on the attributes of recycled materials, such as their mechanical, thermal, rheological, and processing properties, is examined in this work. These properties are highlighted. Download full Lenght Paper...... |

Abstract: It's an examining research project created on a literature review and training programmes at the Ramada Hotel in Jammu. The data gathered and analysed in this paper will be rummage-sale to examine the training. of hotel Ramada personnel and deliver vision into the training process for skill enhancement. The goal of the Ramada Hotel training study. For all workforces, irrespective of industry, need training, understandings from other productions might offer innovative views to the hotel industry. For the study, a questionnaire was distributed to various employees, as well as an interview with the employees and HR manager. The sample size for this project is 16 executive personnel employees and the HR manager from Hotel Ramada. The study period for the research report is 120 days. As a result, most employees received training, but changes are required in response to changing circumstances, as the training process has a significant impact on hotel operations, as training is the significant part of growth and progress. Although training and development drive hand in hand, training can be completed by any member of the team. Through the growth process, staffs will encounter with their executive to appraisal their positive and negative, as well as ways to improve their work presentation in direction to cover and to advance in their present work path. Abstract: Attendance is a vital aspect of learning in every educational institution. Attendance taking in every class is a routine activity in institutions and organizations. The traditional ways of taking attendance by signing papers or calling names in the class are very time-consuming and doubtful. The management of attendance also leads to an immense problem if administered manually. In this digital age, there must be a change from these traditional ways to accelerate and provide time efficiency. This paper intends to develop an attendance system using Face Recognition AI that can be used to record attendance from everyone present in an organization. It will use the camera for capturing the faces of the students individually, recognize them, and update the database. The Face Geometry Algorithm attributes and machine learning-based methods will be applied. Extraction and pre-processing of the face region will be performed for advanced processing. With this algorithm, the system will recognize a person‟s face and record attendance for making it faster and more efficient. Several mathematical algorithms will also be used for the development of the system. Download full Lenght Paper...... |
