Abstract:
Purpose: the purpose of this comment is to propose a new algorithm which shows the same result of Linear Assignment and Vikor method.
Findings: For finding new methods to solve multi criteria problems, we need to know the older ones, so at the first of paper we present a comprehensive description of the steps that we need to solve problems by Vikor and Linear Assignment Method and after, we show three example that we solved with new method. At the end we will Compare the results of new method and the old one in Conclusion part.

Abstract:
This review paper consists of the work already done on medical images. Abstract:
Protecting biometric information is key concern in biometric systems, since physical characteristics such as fingerprint, irises, face and vein patterns cannot be changed or revoked like passwords. As a solution to this problem, an authentication model called Cancelable biometrics has been studied, in which the biometric features are transformed by a kind of encryption or one-way function and matched without restoring the original features.

This paper is an attempt to obtain an optimal solution for optimizing the bicriteria taken as minimization of the total rental cost of the machines taken on rent under a specified rental policy subject to obtain the minimum makespan for n-jobs, 2-machine flowshop scheduling problem. Abstract:
Electricity consumption forecast for any city in Nigeria is an inexact estimate, as electricity workers are not aware of the size and rate of city expansion. This study therefore forecast electricity consumption of residential land use for Sokoto metropolis for 2020 using RS and GIS. 1986 and 2005 land use maps, 1986 Landsat TM and 2005 ETM+, 2003 Quickbird image, electricity consumption and building area coverage data from snowball-sampled 49 residential homes were combined within ArcGIS and Idrisi Andes environments.

Abstract:
This paper presents a soft switched interleaved fly back converter for fuel cell systems. The proposed topology consists of a three stage fly back converter with three transformers. Because of interleaved operation of converter, the output current ripple will be reduced. The proposed converter can approximately share the total load current between the two secondaries. Therefore, the transformer copper loss and rectifier diode conduction loss can be decreased.

This paper present an efficient approach to a feature selection problem based on genetic algorithm for high dimensional data clustering. We proposed a new algorithm uses an inconsistency rate to evaluate the fitness of individuals in population which results in a significant reduction in terms of computational time needed to reach a subset of relevant features and finally the relevant features are clustered by clustering algorithm k-means algorithm.

Abstract:
The paper attempts that seasons as basic determents of the livestock trade in monsoon India. To analysis livestock trade by uses and seasons, 14 rural markets were selected on the basis of stratified random sampling where four times field surveys were conducted in agricultural year, 2005-06. The analysis of data indicates that higher livestock were traded in the pre-monsoon and cool seasons.

Soil resistivity and earthing system plays a key role in generation, transmission and distribution for safe and proper operation of any electric power system. Soil resistivity directly affects the design of a grounding system. When designing an extensive grounding system it is advisable to locate the area of lowest soil resistivity in order to achieve the economical grounding installation. A DOCDMA (dynamic optical code division multiple access) communication system is projected for high-bandwidth communication systems. At the receiver, a synchronized TOF with the same function is used as a decoder. In this system, an electrically controlled tunable optical filter (TOF) is used to encode the modulated broadband light source. This technique dynamically modulates the central wavelength of a TOF as per a functional code at the transmitter during the bit period earlier the transmission of the data.

This paper analyzes the urban sprawl dynamics using geospatial techniques. Sprawl is studied for three temporal periods of 1975, 1990 and 2009 using GIS and Remote Sensing techniques in conjunction with Shannon's entropy. Urban sprawl characteristics, causes and effects are reviewed and analyzed with respect to Greater Visakhapatnam.
