Abstract:
In Sri Lanka, Services are rapidly growing into a major contributor to the nation as well as the world economy and to country's GDPs. As such as, it is essential stage to study why customers switch service providers. Such analysis would helpful to guide to actions that must be taken by the service provider to retain it's predict customers. The purpose of this study was to find out why customers switch producers in Service industry in Sri Lanka. The objective of this study is to see in what extent service responsiveness will impact on customers switching. Banking industry is the one of the fastest growing service sector in Sri Lanka. There are number different firms in the industries available in targeted areas.

The aim of this study was to examine contemporary body of knowledge on the vexed issues of switching to low-carbon economy, or what is termed green economy or a new way of doing business, different from the status quo. The idea is to stimulate the interest of prospective investors in Nigeria to the emerging global green economy. To accomplish this aim, the study adopted the method of critical review of available literature to answer seven research questions/objectives that were put forward.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are regarded as the seedbed of entrepreneurship development. The government and other support institutions are making efforts to support the growth of the sector. Despite all these efforts and initiatives, there has been an insignificant corresponding growth of SMEs in terms of size. This study adopted both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research used random sampling focusing on owner/managers. Primary data was collected using questionnaires. The Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) was used to analyse the data.

In this type of a situation where the land-holding is small, we should not think of encouraging FDI in the agriculture sector," "I can understand FDI in agro-processing. The paper has analyzed Urban and Semi-Urban consumers expectation on quality and varieties of products and services available in organized and unorganized retail organizations. Though urban and semi urban consumers are living in arm length distance, their attitude and perceptions are different on the merchandise they buy. There are many reasons that divide the urban one's from the semi urban. This paper aims at analyzing the customer buying preference on unorganized and organized retailing. It also attempts to identify the factors causing customer satisfaction in urban and semi urban area. The outcome of the study reveals that opinion of the urban and semi-urban customers behavior is different on unorganized and organized retailing.
