Abstract:
There are many challenges to governance in Nigeria, but the issue of bribery and corruption is more worrisome. The menace of corruption leads to inefficiency of Nigerian bureaucracy, police extortions at road block and slow traffic on the highways, port congestion, queues at passport offices and gas station, ghost worker syndrome, election irregularities, among others.
The study examines the various definitions, and forms of corruption in relation to the Nigerian State.

Farmers' adoption potential of improved banana production techniques in Malawi.

Abstract:
Bananas and plantains are important for food security and income, but they are beset with numerous abiotic and biotic challenges that drastically reduce yield. Consequently, a range of technologies have been developed to tackle the various constraints. This study was carried out to determine the adoption potential of improved banana cultivars by smallholder farmers in Malawi. The study was carried out in five major banana production districts of Mulanje, Thyolo, Nkhata Bay, Karonga and Chitipa. Structured questionnaires were administered to 118 farmers in order to obtain data on several variables including; education level, experience in banana farming, income from bananas, proportion of land given to bananas, names and number of cultivars grown, preferred cultivars, and willingness to adopt new cultivars.

Abstract:
This article is based on the study carried out to establish the suitability of Zviyambe homesteads for Village tourism. The variables in the study addressed research questions that uncovered the number of people at each homestead, the way people in each homestead in Zviyambe small scale farming area use their land, the composition of the area's natural environment, the extent to which human activity in this area is in line with ecological principles, ways in which village tourism can be integrated to the present human activities in the area under study, the way in which Village Tourism would benefit the local communities and the possible challenges Village Tourism is likely to bring to the people in the communities that were studied.

Abstract:
The present study is an experimental study in which the researches hypothesize that Non-native literature can improve intrapersonal communication skills of language learners. The experimental group was given treatment through independent variable that is Non-native literature whereas the other group was taken as controlled group and was given a usual type of training. After six weeks training both of the groups were given post tests and it was found that experimental group out performed the control group.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to examine whether racial differences existed in the mate selection criteria of undergraduate students in a public university. The participants recruited in this study were 132 undergraduate students between the ages of 20 to 28 years comprising different races, religions and cultures from the various faculties. The participants were given identification numbers which were purposively, randomly sampled. The test instrument used was a mate selection inventory made up of Sternberg's love components, Mc Crae's personality traits, David Buss's physical traits and mate selection traits from the work of Sprecher.

Poverty and inequality in Services Sector of Sudan. Ali Musa Abaker and Ali Abd Elaziz Salih
Abstract:
This research paper aims to address income poverty and inequality in service sector of Sudan. Poverty and inequality indicators were computed using both primary and secondary data sources. P-alpha equation, Povstat and Simsip models were used for poverty measurement and simulation. Results showed that more than 82 percent of employees in services sector living with poverty. Employees in health, education, transportation and security and justice were the most poor followed by public sector, communication and commerce respectively. The inequality measured Gini index was 43 percent with large inequality among commerce employees.

Role Expectations, Role ambiguity, Personal Inadequacy due to this role stressors she is going through many of psychological, social and emotional problems and this is again producing the vicious circle of stress leading to personality disorders then these personality disorders leading to have more stress In the present study, an attempt has been made to find whether there is any effect of personality on the organisational role stress. The results of the study revealed that on the four factors of personality has negligible effect on role stressors as Inter Role Distance, Role ambiguity, Personal Inadequacy, Resource Inadequacy.

Abstract:
The objective of this cross-sectional study was to investigate the prevalence and determinants of respiratory symptoms and their association with occupational dust exposure among the brick kiln workers. Brick kiln workers are exposed to dust particles and are susceptible to multiple pulmonary complications. Problems like asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary symptoms, and silicosis are more common among them. As brick kiln industry is an unorganized sector, so it was decided to evaluate the respiratory symptoms and lung capacities in these workers and compare them with controls. This study included 120 brick kiln factory workers occupationally exposed to dust and 80 unexposed workers as controls.

Fuel cells use hydrogen and oxygen to generate electricity as oil resources are fast depleting over the entire world, and the increasing emphasis on reducing emissions and increasing efficiency, there is a need to develop and adopt non-conservative fuel systems for the fast moving world. This alternative fuel cells are used as fuels in automobiles Use of hydrogen as an alternative fuel to these problems would cut down India's shortfalls by a significant measure. A fuel cell generates electricity from a chemical reaction usually involving hydrocarbon fuels which produce hydrogen and an oxidizing agent. Fuel cells differ from batteries in that batteries store the reactants, and must be recharged or discarded once consumed.

Analysis of survey data requires the use of specialized software that incorporates most of the available survey designs. Although, a large number of software are available for the analysis of survey data with extensive features and provide good estimation, but at the same time they have been found to be costly, requires extensive coding and domain expertise to get the results. Therefore, a low cost, less complex and user friendly windows based software has been developed for the analysis of survey data. In this paper, Software for Survey Data Analysis (SSDA) has been described. SSDA provides the estimates of population mean and variance for data collected using stratified multistage sampling design and the descriptive statistics.

It is a clear fact that nowadays knowledge is growing faster and with the spreading of information and communication technology, the dream of network learning has become a reality, at least technically, and now a vast amount of spontaneous knowledge exchange is possible. Younger and older learners need to generate new ideas and new products that are to be innovative. In this context, this study aims to explore the nature of Connectivism (Siemens, 2004) using available literature as a traditional qualitative method.
