Abstract:
This article paints an optimistic picture of the role we second language teachers can play not only in improving our students' language proficiency but also in infusing global education into our classes as we join with our students to address global concerns, such as peace, prosperity, environmental protection, and human rights. The article is divided into four parts. The first part describes global education and identifies organizations of second language educators participating in global education. The second part of the article focuses on two key areas of global education: peace education and environmental education.

Self-Employment Intention among University Students: Testing Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB). Majogoro K and Mgabo M.R
Abstract:
Many graduates are joining the Tanzanian labour market at the end of every academic year. Self-employment category of the labour market has not been given priority in most of our strategies for growth as one of key employment opportunities to these high trained human resources to reduce pressure of unemployment. Guided by the TPB the study aimed on the factors influencing student's self-employment intention. It was found that, parental role model and risks tolerance are key factors and they significantly and positively influence student's intention towards self-employment by 1.180264 and 2.168818 more than the contrary respectively.

In this paper, an algorithm is presented to find the optimum time cost trade off in a capacitated fixed charge transportation problem giving the same priority to both time and cost. Sometimes, there is a condition that we can send an amount more than or less than a certain specified amount which gives rise to capacitated time minimizing transportation problem. Moreover, sometimes a fixed cost (like set up cost for machines, landing fees at an airport, cost of renting a vehicle ) is also associated with every origin that gives rise to fixed charge problems.
